Oil

One of the most appreciated items of food : namely extra vergine olive oil is produced amid the hills surrounding Florence. It is a very intensely green oil with emerald tones, its scent is extremely fruity; it is full of flavour and the after taste is typically bitterish.
On account of its characteristic but quite natural effect of making you want to clear your throat, this factor distinguishes it from many other oils, that have lighter and sweeter tastes.


It is only by following certain criteria such as origin, micro-climate production, the way the olives are harvested and the pressing system that you obtain this superior quality of olive oil.
The harvesting of the olives during the months of November and December and the immediate pressing using the cold method make this oil genuine and particularly well scented.
